On the second floor and at approximately 260 sq.ft., the Barossa Suite is decorated in warm, spicy tones of nutmeg and butterscotch. This room has a 4 poster queen bed and a free standing fireplace, air conditioning, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a refrigerator. The sitting room includes a 2-person whirlpool tub and a heated towel bar. The bathroom has a heated tile floor. From the sitting room, you can see some of the few remaining native chestnut trees near the property.
What’s In A Name? The Barossa Valley is located in South Australia, approximately 40 miles northeast of Adelaide. The wine industry is the main source of employment in this region. Wine grown here is primarily red, mainly Shiraz. The Shiraz vines here are some of the oldest in the world – well over 150 years.
